Applicants will be notified the travel grant acceptance/rejection starting MAY 31, 2010 by e-mail.
Participants applying for a travel grant must be registered stating that they have requested a travel grant (full information will be available on the on-line registration form).
If you are sponsored by a company (registration fee, hotel accommodation, travel expenses) you are NOT entitled to apply for a travel grant.
