Registration
You can register for the 10th ISNI Congress by filling out the online form available by clicking the button above. Please read the registration and payment information carefully before completing your registration.
The fees indicated below are per person and are only applicable if both the registration form and the payment are received on or before the deadline date, otherwise the next higher registration fee will be applied.
Please note that registrations are accepted and confirmed only after receiving the completed registration form and full payment. After September 30, 2010 the online registration will be closed and you will only be able to register on-site at the congress registration desk.
To speed up your on-site registration, please fill in the registration form (available for download on this page from October 1, 2010) and bring the printed document to the on-site registration desks.

*Students paying the registration for the ISNI Conference can attend the ESNI Course free of charge. Registration form must be accompanied by a valid student card and by a letter signed by the head or supervisor of department confirming the status.
**Student group rate is applicable for a minimum of 5 participants from the same lab registering at the same time.
The participants registration fee includes:
- participant's badge and congress material
- access to scientific sessions and exhibition area
- certificate of attendance
- coffee breaks
- lunches
The exhibitor pass includes:
- access to the exibition area
- coffee breaks
- lunches
Group registration
The deadline for submission of group registration requests is July 30, 2010. Group registration will not be available on-site; all new registrations will be handled as individual.
Payment
Payment of the registration fee must be made in advance by credit card or bank transfer. Registrations without proof of payment will not be processed.
Confirmation
An official confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail within two weeks after receipt of full payment, with confirmation of your requests according to the submitted registration form. Finally, a letter including logistic and practical details will be sent by e-mail approximately two weeks before the conference. We strongly recommend that you present your confirmation letter at the registration desks in order to collect your congress material.
Cancellations & refunds
Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing to the Organising Secretariat by e-mail ( ) of by fax +39 06 5194009 and will be subject to the following conditions:
Name change
Registered participants who are unable to attend the conference may nominate a substitute participant free of charge by notifying the Organising Secretariat in writing on or before September 15, 2010. Substitutions after this date will be processed directly on-site.
