Call for Abstracts

The Congress Organising Committee invites delegates who have exciting new data available to submit an abstract on any neuroimmunological topic (see the relevant web page) for oral or poster presentation.

Participants are requested to submit an abstract via internet (bottom of this page)

NO LATER THAN MARCH 31, 2010

together with the registration form and fee payment, unless they have applied for a travel grant (see the relevant web page).

Please avoid submission within 24 hours of the deadline for best system performance!

All abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee of the 10th ISNI Congress who will assign the type of presentation: oral or poster. If you do not want to give a platform presentation, please select “poster” when submitting your abstract.

Authors will be notified the abstract acceptance/rejection and the type of presentation no later than MAY 15, 2010 by e-mail
Instructions for presentation will be sent to presenting authors of the accepted abstracts. Thus, presenting authors must be registered and must pay the registration fee at the same time of abstract submission or at least on or before the early registration deadline (JUNE 15, 2010) to ensure the rights for the presentation.

All accepted abstracts will be published in a special issue of the Journal of Neuroimmunology, provided that the Scientific Committee considers them suitable for publication.

GENERAL POLICY

Abstracts must be original and not published or presented to any conferences prior to the 10th ISNI Congress.

Abstracts must be submitted in English and only via internet. If you have difficulty accessing the internet submission procedure or should encounter any problem, please contact the Organising Secretariat at secretariat@isni2010.org.

Abstracts submitted by fax or by e-mail will not been accepted.

Authors are strongly advised to ensure the accuracy of the submitted abstracts. Any mistakes in literature or in scientific facts will be published as what is typed.

PowerPoint computer projection will be available for oral presentations.

Invited Speakers will have to submit their abstract via internet no later than MAY 31, 2010 for publishing.
