Accommodation
Official Congress Hotel
The Hotel Melią Sitges, conference venue, has been appointed the official hotel of the congress and will be offering special reduced rates for accommodation, as indicated below. A limited number of rooms will be available for reservation and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

All prices are quoted in Euro and are per room, per night and inclusive of breakfast, local taxes and service. Payment in other currencies will not be accepted.
Changes & cancellations
Any change or cancellation of accommodation should be notified in writing to the Official Housing Agency by fax (+39 06 5194009) or email (secretariat@isni2010.org) and will be subject to the following conditions:
- postmarked before June 25, 2010 - cancellation fee of 50% of the total amount;
- postmarked before August 25, 2010 - cancellation fee of 75% of the total amount;
- no refund for cancellation received on or before October 5, 2010 and for no-shows.
Early reservation is highly recommended!
Alternative hotels
Alternative hotels in various price categories will be reserved in Sitges for the 10th ISNI Congress. Detailed and useful information on all pre-selected hotels, including location, distance from the conference venue and prices will be available on this page.
EEM International Congress will try to meet all your accommodation requests. However, the housing agency reserves the right to make your hotel reservation at the best available alternative should your preferred hotel be already fully booked.

Reservations
Reservations can only be made via internet by filling out the online registration form within the deadline of June 30, 2010.
Group accommodation
For group accommodation (10 rooms or more), EEM International Congress has blocked hotel rooms in various price categories. For further information and for reservation, please contact the housing agency. Full pre-payment will be required upon confirmation of the reservation.
Guarantee
In order to secure reservations, hotels require that all requests must be guaranteed by a credit card. Please be sure to fill out the relevant fields in the online registration form with your credit card information. Incomplete requests will not be processed.
Full payment has to be made directly to the hotel upon checking-out. EEM International Congress will not be handling hotel payment or invoicing for accommodation, except for group requests.
